Everton are trying their best at anfield at the moment.

Sean Dyche names an unchanged Everton XI for the 243rd Merseyside derby at Anfield.

The Blues boss has selected the same line-up that produced an impressive 3-0 home victory over Bournemouth before the recent international break.

That means Dominic Calvert-Lewin once again leads Everton’s attack, supported by forwards Jack Harrison and Dwight McNeil.

Amadou Onana, James Garner and Abdoulaye Doucoure form the midfield, with the Toffees’ defence made up of Ashley Young, captain James Tarkowski, Jarrad Branthwaite and Vitalii Mykolenko, completed by Jordan Pickford in goal.

Idrissa Gana Gueye, who missed the Bournemouth win due to a minor heel injury sustained in the pre-match warm-up, is fit to take his place on the substitutes’ bench.

Everton XI: Pickford, Young, Tarkowski (c), Branthwaite, Mykolenko, Onana, Garner, Doucoure, Harrison, McNeil, Calvert-Lewin.

Subs: Virginia, Patterson, Keane, Danjuma, Beto, Godfrey, Gana, Chermiti, Dobbin.
