Monchi has told Aston Villa fans to “enjoy the way” amid an impressive run of form for the Villans.

Unai Emery’s side recorded a 12th successive home league win as goals from John McGinn and Moussa Diaby alongside two own goals secured more history at Villa Park for Emery’s men.

Villa’s win over the Hatters has also extended the gap between them and sixth-placed Newcastle by five points and put them just one point off the top four.

And after another impressive win for Emery’s side, Villa’s transfer chief Monchi has told Villa fans to “enjoy the way” amid an impressive run of form for those in claret and blue.

“Win, win and win there is no other way to continue growing. Enjoy the way… Up the Villa!!!” He said on X.

Monchi arrived at Villa Park in the summer from Sevilla. He has been reunited with Villa boss Emery after the pair worked together at the Spanish side where they won numerous Europa League trophies.
