Supporters are advised not to travel unless they have a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.

Supporters who have ticketing issues on the day of the game should visit the away supporter ticket office at the City Ground. The office is in the Brian Clough stand next to the away section and will be open from 3pm. Supporters collecting duplicate match tickets are advised to take Photo ID to collect.

HELP AND SUPPORT 

There will be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the Stadium to help with any issues that may arise whilst you are there.

STADIUM INFORMATION 

Please note the City Ground is a cashless stadium and only card payment is accepted for food and drink inside the stadium. There is a wide range of food and drink options available on the concourses.

The away section is located in the Bridgeford Lower Stand, behind the goal and turnstiles will be open 90 minutes before kick-off. Please enter using turnstiles 49-56.

Bag checks will take place upon entering the turnstiles. Backpacks, holdalls, rucksacks, or other similar items of any size will not be allowed into the stadium. Small handheld bags, no larger than A4 size (12” x 8” x 3”) will be accepted and only one bag per person is allowed.

It is advised that flags larger than 2×1 meters will be declined entry to the stadium. Any flags and banners permitted into the stadium need to have evidence of a fire safety certificate upon entry. All flags must not contain anything considered to be offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or inflammatory, including politically motivated or nationalistic. Any flags or banners that are displayed in areas that block exits, stairwells or other areas that could pose a safety risk will be removed or relocated.

Following consultation with safety and security experts, clubs and external stakeholders, the Premier League has determined that Israeli and Palestinian flags should not be permitted to be displayed at Premier League matches for the foreseeable future.

Accessible Information

Accessible seating and wheelchair bays are located in the Bridgford Lower Stand behind the goal.

Accessible toilets are located around the stadium, and these are clearly signposted. Should you require assistance, please seek advice from the nearest steward. All accessible toilets operate using a radar access key.

Audio descriptive commentary is offered free of charge and can be booked by emailing accessibility@nottinghamforest.co.uk or via the Club’s ticket office; stewards will deliver the headsets to your seat. Supporters are advised to take their own headphones. 

There are lowered counters at kiosks on the stadium concourses for food and refreshments.

Accessible parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis and this needs to be pre-booked through the Everton Fan Centre. Accessible parking is charged at £10 per person, cash on the day. Access via the Brian Clough Stand (East) Car Park, entrance off the A6011 as indicated on the map below. Please do not park on residential streets around West Bridgford, since controlled parking zones and resident parking schemes are enforced on a matchday, which could result in you receiving a parking ticket and fine. 

TRAVEL INFORMATION 

Please be advised to check all travel routes prior to travelling to the game due to any unforeseen travel circumstances. 

From the north: Leave the M1 at junction 26 and follow signs for Nottingham via the A610 Nuthall Road until you meet the A6514 at Western Boulevard. Turn right and follow the A6514 (‘the ring road south’) and join Middleton Boulevard, which becomes Clifton Boulevard after the Queens Medical Centre. Turn right for Riverside P&R if you are heading for the Embankment, or Riverside Way Park & Ride, and follow signs for matchday parking. Continue around the ring road, carrying straight on at the Nottingham Knight Island and Wheatcroft Island until you reach Gamston Island. Take the first exit left onto the A6011 (Radcliffe Road) and continue along the A6011 following the road as it bends to the right and continue over Lady Bay Bridge.  

From the south: Leave the M1 at junction 24 and follow the signs to join the A453 towards Nottingham and after passing through Clifton, continue on the A453 following signs for football and cricket traffic. Join the A52 eastbound towards Grantham and carry straight on at the Nottingham Knight Island and the Wheatcroft Island until you reach the Gamston Island. Take the first exit onto the A6011 (‘Radcliffe Road’) and continue along it, following the road as it bends to the right and continue over Lady Bay Bridge. 

Parking: Parking at the City Ground is limited, Any availability is on a matchday-only basis, charged at £10 first-come, first-served. Please do not park on residential streets around West Bridgford, since controlled parking zones and resident parking schemes are enforced on a matchday, which will result in your receiving a parking ticket and fine.
