Ademola Ola-Adebomi, a striker for Crystal Palace, has been loaned to Burton Albion for the remainder of the season.
The 20-year-old has made four appearances for Palace’s EFL Trophy squad but has not yet made an appearance for the first team.
Having scored 12 goals in 21 appearances for their under-21 squad this season, he comes to the Pirelli Stadium.
“We’re really happy that we’ve managed to fight off competition to get this signing over the line,” Brewers boss Martin Paterson told the club website.
“He’s a talented boy and we think he can really add extra quality to our attacking area of the pitch.”
Ola-Adebomi is the third signing made by League One Burton since Paterson was appointed on 11 January.
“There’s been a lot of interest from clubs abroad and in League One and Two, but coming to Burton just felt right,” Ola-Adebomi said.
Burton are next in action on Saturday, with an away game against Cambridge United.
