Following his graduation from Celta’s academy in 2012, the player was a member of the first team for six years.According to reports, the Spaniard’s return to his old team next month is now considered a “latent possibility” due to events at Wolves.

Rafael Benítez, the manager of Celta, was questioned regarding the likelihood of his team playing a few days in January.

Responding to that, he said, relayed by Estadio Deportivo: “There are still many games left for January. The important thing is to focus on these games, on the players we have. The club is looking to the future, but I’m focusing more on the Rayo game.”
